[@Loki Odinson]F is the current limit, but once the RP starts you'll get stronger quickly.  All you'll need to do is kill a monster, god, demi-god, or another person like yourself and absorb their Essence crystal to get stronger by up to their strength.  For example, say your Essence allows you to lift a maximum of 10 times the normal weight (you have to build up to the max) and you kill a creature that can also do that (say a minotaur).  After absorbing its Essence, you will be able to build up to a max of 20 times.  10x is a high G, but 20x is a low F.
