I like her but I'd give her some slight tweaking to fit a bit better power wise.
id say a bit more limitations on how she can construct things. Maybe it takes more time and focus 
The weakness fits but since she can make constructs that is why I'm saying add a little bit more to balance it. 
Something like time or energy to create it...make sense?
