He has an unreadable face and pale green eyes. When not working, he tends to dress more formally than is required. When working, he wears his standard uniform.

He’s exceptionally intelligent, but never had to speak out loud very much most of his life. He has a slight stutter, but his words are carefully chosen. He has a good sense of humor and doesn’t take himself too seriously, making him good at making friends.[/hider]

I didn’t include his background because I’ll have to do some major rewrites to fit the plot.
