Despite the initial burst he had placing him ahead of the others, Blake was easily eclipsed when pit against somebody who actually practiced running. Yeah he kept himself in shape, but Sophia easily outpaced him in no time. He wasn’t one to be set back by this, though. His origin story was on the line here! He managed to run fast enough to keep a short distance behind the two in the lead. When the ship finally came into view Blake was absolutely awestruck. His pace started to slow down so he could get a better look, but once he saw Sofia just charge right into the ship that idea went sailing out the window. Now that he could actually see the vessel, he was honestly just about ready to stop and see what everyone else had to say about it. Since someone already jumped the gun on it, though, like hell would he let himself be one of the first to arrive and not get on board. So instead of stopping, Blake went full steam ahead after Sofia and ran right up the ramp and into the ship. He had a bit less presence of mind than her, unfortunately, and smacked straight into the wall she managed to avoid instead. There was an audible thunk that Blake’s head made and an even more audible ”OW!!!” that could be heard, followed by one more thunk as he stumbled back onto the floor. ”Oooooooow… That friggin’ hurt…” Blake groaned as he nursed his head and caught his breath down below.
