[indent]Formerly the third in command for the monstrous Changeling Unit. After their fall, the Mannequin managed to retreat, and fake his own death with the (Unintentional) help from Baron Moreau. Since then, he's been in hiding (Doing whatever) waiting for the perfect moment to return. Now, he's back with a new upgraded form, and devious plans for society. The Mannequin himself... has long abandoned his human form. Years ago, his body failed him, and it was replaced with a machine. That is as far away from "human" as it gets. The Mannequin's new form is a ten-foot tall construction that is made out of a white ceramic. It's different from his previous "artist doll" like body, as it appears more human. This ceramic is separated into different "plates" and has been molded to appear like the human muscle. This new frame is much bulkier than his previous one - however, it still posses the same long limbs with several different joints that give him unmatched flexibility. The Mannequin's head is merely an orb that is vaguely skull-shaped, otherwise it's smooth and featureless. Underneath this layer of ceramic, there is a weave of a wire-like armor shaped like a bloodstream underneath. The Mannequin is cunning, devious, intelligent, and manipulative. While he isn't the most power, he is completely ruthless, and will burn innocent people to achieve his goals.[/indent]

[indent]The Mannequin's power is very unique, and powerful in an indirect way. His ability instinctively gives him knowledge of biology, and technology, unlike any other. Most importantly, how to merge the two together, which allowed him to become a cyborg. He is capable of technological and medical feats [i]decades[/i] ahead of the time. Along with a higher mental processing power, he is insanely intelligent. The Mannequin's body comes with a [i]variety[/i] of abilities. Being made of heavily armored ceramic, the Mannequin is very durable, and can easily shrug off most basic attacks, while bracing himself for more dangerous attacks. Underneath the ceramic is also another layer of impact resistant armor that will defend his valuable mechanics. This ceramic is also very light-weight, which means that he's incredibly agile, and mixed with his flexibility, he is insanely quick, and capable of feats no human being can preform. The Mannequin also possesses immense mechanical strength, which can mean a very devastating blow that can shatter bones. Though, he's not one for lifting. Due to his machinery again, his reflexes have been increased by a great margin. He can easily dodge subsonic blows. And that's not all folks, the Mannequin possesses an arsenal of knives all over his body, and some needles hidden in his fingers full of a toxin, tranquilizer, and more fun. There's also a dart gun hidden within his arms. All this abilities make the Mannequin an incredibly dangerous opponent in close-combat.[/indent]

[indent]A former top-ranking REAPER, Bison was one of the many who fled the organization the very moment the Executives went into hiding. Forced out of his lucrative job, Bison joined the Eco-Natura organization along with his partner Eliza. Basically being a body-guard, head-knocker, or whatever the hell they wanted Bison to be when skulls needed to be cracked. Unsatisfied with his employment, Bison dreams of the days he can return to the glorious days of being a REAPER - and the Mannequin gave him just that. Bison is a tall, muscular, African-American man that is incredibly intimidating in appearance. His torso is covered in tribal tattoos, and he's known for wearing sunglasses, and never taking them off. What accentuates his intimidation well is his brute strength, and insane fighting ability that puts him on par with RAVEN's finest. Bison is loud, brutal, arrogant, violent, and egotistical, and would do [i]anything[/i] to keep his status of being the "best."[/indent]

[i]Super-Strength, & Wind Manipulation.[/i]
[indent]Bison possesses an immense physical strength, and durability. He's strong enough to punch through stone like it's nothing, and punch over vehicles. He mostly uses this strength with his boxing ability, opposed to throwing objects, and grabbing. One well-placed punch from Bison can kill a person, and he can tank blows from anyone below his strength level. In addition, Bison has the ability to manipulate air. However, it isn't traditional air manipulation, and more focused on brutish, raw, power. He can throw a punch that'll accompany a wind that'll send people flying, or surround his fists with tornados.[/indent]

[indent]Like Bison, Eliza is a former REAPER that is responsible for much mayhem as her partner. Eliza, in contrast to her partner, is more cold, cunning, and aloof. Preferring to be more subtle, rather than... everything Bison is. Eliza uses brain over brawn, and directs the former REAPER (Otherwise, he'd probably be dead or arrested by now). She was even the one who suggested they join Eco-Natura. Still, like him, she is unsatisfied with the organization, and wishes for something greater out of the organization. Eliza is average heighted, bright-blue eyes, and a head of blonde hair that accompanied European facial features (Germany, Poland, etc). Otherwise, she looks perfectly normal and unassuming.[/indent]

[i]Telekinetic Constructs.[/i]
[indent]Eliza has the Green Lantern-esque ability to create constructs with pure mental power. She can create anything that her mind can come up with, and control them. She can create walls, blades, etc. These constructs are durable, but can be countered by other telekinetics.[/indent]

[indent]A former member of La Famila, Toro is a Mexican Metahuman who has been persecuted by his fellow people into becoming a criminal. He worked with La Famila as a mere legbreaker for La Famila... until the Mannequin recruited him for his cause, and Toro left La Familia. Toro de Oro is a Metahuman who has been physically altered by his ability... greatly altered. He doesn't even look like a human being anymore, instead, he appears much like a statue. Toro's body is made of gold (It's actually a mixture of gold, steel, tungsten, nickel, and molybdenum), and he appears as a nine-foot tall Minotaur because of the huge bull-head he has with massive golden horns. The rest of his body looks relatively human-shaped, save for the claws on his hands and feet. Albeit, his human body is [i]incredibly[/i] muscular.[/indent]

[i]Gold-Physiology, & Fire Breathing.[/i]
[indent]As stated before, El Toro de Oro has a body made out of a variety of metals. Obviously, Toro is incredibly durable, and nothing less than a high-powered rifle, or super strength, will do more than tickle him. Being made of gold, Toro also has super strength to allow him to move... this strength makes him a juggernaut in terms of physical abilities. Though, being made of gold means he's not that fast. El Toro de Oro also has a fire manipulation ability; he can breath jets of flame out of his mouth that can leave nothing in his wake but ash. Due to his metal combination, he's so heat resistant that only the highest heats will bother him.[/indent]
