[@Experiment 249] Hoopa in its regular form is a an annoying little prankster with a good heart, which then changes to a very arrogant genie full of rage when it hits its unbound forme. I think the regular form would mesh well with Leo considering it's good nature, and then there are interesting paths to go down with the alternate form if that's going to be a thing this RP

Anyway, I'll take up Celebi with Sergei. I think there's some interesting juxtaposition there
