Can you PM me an example? It is one of those gray areas, this question of what is too much. We are pretty laid back but the site owner has had ad revenue revoked twice and we aim to not have that happen again so he doesn't have to pay out of pocket. So labeling it as R won't help with the Google ad-revenue bots. 

What you list, seems fine. The key is not to be graphic or lewd or obvious about it.
