[@Experiment 249] Actually, I had never intended for Viore to have Pokemon Contests. It was a player in the previous iteration of this RP who decided to become a coordinator, so I added them. Now I found no reason to throw them out.

Since there are considerably less Contest Halls than the standard region, each hall will host a contest once per month. Otherwise, it will function as normal per Anime Standards. A coordinator must earn five ribbons from the Viore Region to participate in the Viore Grand Festival, held a month after the Viore League Tournament.
