Tito was waiting at the underpass, pacing back and forth while looking around wondering when they would meet with Miles. He got a call right when Miles was leaving so, he could do nothing more than to sit tight. Miles never told Tito about Tia coming to join him, knowing Tito would be against working with a member, let alone the head of The Conspiracy. He was going to get a surprise even though this would be a safer route to go by gaining more help talking on a man who can give a common thug powers.

Miles contacted Glitch to be on stand by and to send reinforcements in the form of his tinkering toys that can pack a punch if need be and control them from a distance. 

Once getting to the underpass, Tito looked on and could smell Miles scent but....there was another scent....Miles was not alone. Tito already didn't trust people as it is but he didn't know if this woman was part of The Conspiracy but she looked very familiar. He stood there with his hands in his pockets and watched her suspiciously.
