the word was out of his mouth before he had even thought of it, unafraid of Gerswhin. He did however dim the lights to would could be considered a bearable level, but did not stop the flow to the light prisons. Cody wasn't too sure he could dimmed the lights completely without destroying the psions. 

'If I do, they will attack and I don't have the strength to prevent them killing either of us again'

Wile Cody was sure that he would be stronger in little time, it had been a long time since he had felt natural sunlgiht on his skin. Unnatural light didn't seem to have the same effect on him, and he was so very tired. 

'You might be invincible, but I am not. I can be killed'

Cody wasn't afraid. What did he have to be afraid of? he'd died the moment they took him from his apartment. The rest of the world ceased to know he had ever existed. And how could he go back to that life know, with what he could do?

'And I rather like living. There's so much light I have yet to see. What would you have me do? Kill them?'

He stood there wearily, and looked away, towards Agents Caits and Dioxide. He gave them a sad smile. 

'Thank you, for trying to lesson this hell. Let me lesson your own hell now, okay?'

Cody didn't truly know what he would do. He just knew he was through being treated like something less then human, because he had this ability that he never asked for. He looked back to Gerswhin, and gave a soft sigh.
