[@Zorogami] fair enough lol and yeah I've heard in other countries English is pretty much the second language....not in all but in some. 
I've thought about visiting Germany but...I think it's the fear that I'm African American coming to a European country that may not have many Blacks there (Don't know if Germany have many Blacks along with some other European countries.) and don't know how I'll be treated.
