He is with Amelia...(I think..) he just gets distracted easily. Especially with tech. I mean...he notices a pretty woman but if they have tech on them or uses it, it's like looking at them in a skimpy outfit. He'll look but won't touch....technically Amelia is the only one he's touched since that "incident".
