"Yes sir." Richard said clearly and straightened his stance a little. "who will be taking lead, if you don't mind me asking?" He inquired out of curiosity. It was good to know who was where, how their strengths and weaknesses would play into the group dynamic. 


Rin nodded, she could understand how Tess felt.  She had felt that way on missions before. "Strength doesn't always means you appear to be a brick wall." she remarked, her eyes glancing to Marcus and back. "Just keep in mind, you've already saved a lot of lives, mine included. I think your very capable, but know it's okay to be human. And unfortunately being human means being imperfect." she rambled. [i] I'm being damn near motherly, it's almost like wheniI'm comforting Charlie .[/i] She thought to herself. "But anyways, we need to get ready to move out." she commented.
