[@Ophidian] I like the character idea, but I wish I had seen it thoroughly first. The character can stay, but I'd try to figure out something else for why he was here. Like you said in the post, Viore is practically bathed in ancient history and treasure as some would consider. Why not just be there for personal gain?

And any info that the Pokemon Centers would have would be basic at just about any Pokemon Center in the world. And the important info that exists for the plot is useful only to someone in Viore. That's all I mean.
