Helexa smiled to Yasa as she stood up. Turning her attention to the distressed woman in the door way, she motioned for her to come further in to the agency. "Welcome, Miss Morrison. Tell me, how do you like your coffee?" She said with a small smile as she fluffed a pillow in one of the seats for the woman to sit at. Once Miss Morrison was comfortable, Helexa began to make the coffee. While it was brewing, the Cambion took the seat across from the woman and produced a pen and paper tablet to write on. "Tell me, Miss Morrison. What brings you in today?" She asked. As the woman began to go in to detail of what she was needing Helexa wrote key points, keeping tabs on what was needing to be done. Once the coffee had finished brewing, Helexa sat her equipment to the side and stood up. Pouring two cups, she made the woman's cup as requested and delivered it into the hands of the upset woman. With a reassuring pat on the knee, she moved over to Yasa's desk and placed a cup on the table. "You didn't tell me how you like your coffee." Was all she said as she placed the black coffee on the table. "If you want creamer and sugar, just say." Turning back to the woman, she took her previous spot and allowed the woman to finish her story. Once they were complete, Helexa stood up and smiled to the distraught woman. "Thank you, Miss Morrison. Mr. Yasa will review your case and will contact you shortly. Go home and relax, you're in good hands." She said and took the woman's hands in her owns, patting her hands comfortingly. The woman's face slowly relaxed as she nodded her head, a dazed look in her hands. Helexa smiled and lead her to the door, holding it open for her and bidding her a good day. Once the woman left the room, the Cambion closed the door, and walked over to gather her paper. Walking over to Yasa's desk, she slid him the information, dusted a part of his desk off, and slid up on to it to peer at what she had written with him. "You didn't say if you wanted her to say. It looks good though when you wait a little bit of time before you accept it. Makes them think that you've got a lot of cases." She said and smiled to the man. "Oh, and I may have charmed the woman a bit. Sorry."
