Abilities
Drexal has the innate ability to control electricity and emit electricity.  Combined with his assassin training that prepared him for many situations, he is a very versatile combatant.  He uses his powers over electricity to compliment his fighting capabilities but uses his roots as a shinobi as the foundation for his skills.

I'd recommend changing the powers. There's already a highly established electricity controller.
