Can't Shizu just like ditch all the paperwork on lackeys before he runs off to sort out things in other places? :P I mean I'm sure they'll close all the cases just fine.

I'm still trying to figure out when / how I want to do a small plot I have in mind, and how it'll fit (I mean it's got that anti-metahuman vibe going for it so it fits in that sense).
