[indent]A former top Chinese Official, Jiang turned into a terrorist, and mad scientist, after an event several years ago that turned him against the very government that he used to serve. He preformed acts of mad science in secret, until he was discovered, and forced to flee China. Jiang met Mannequin, and from there, they've formed a partnership for undisclosed reasons. Jiang is very intelligent, and while not the best leader, he's crafty and a very quick thinker. He also uses his hatred of the Chinese government to propel him to acts of sadism, and cruelty. There isn't much on his mind other than revenge. Worst of all, Jiang knows many Chinese secrets, and isn't afraid to use them to his advantage. Jiang is an average heighted Chinese man that lived for more than half a century. Of course, this means that he certainly looks far aged past his prime. Greying hair, that is usually slicked back, and a rather devilish goatee. Jiang isn't in the best shape due to his age, with a pudgy gut hanging off his torso. He usually wears form concealing outfits, such as a long/lab coat, and a wide brimmed hat.[/indent]

[i]Acid & Poison Manipulation.[/i]
[indent]Jiang has the ability to produce a purple-acid that he can freely manipulate. Such as throwing at people, or surrounding himself in an orb that'll melt any basic attacks flung his way. Jiang has the ability to control this acid's concentration. He can change it from causing slight chemical burns, to a concrete melting acid, and all the things in between. In addition, he can also temporarily turn into this acid to grant himself immunity to physical attacks, as well as greater mobility. Though, he rarely uses this ability unless he has to make a get away. The other end of Jiang's ability is that he can create a poison out of his pores. This isn't the most dangerous poison in the world, but, hell, it's still a problem. The poison causes fatigue, trouble of breathing (To the point of choking), and dizziness as it ravages a person's biology. It can be treated, but due to the poison being unique to Jiang, it's difficult.[/indent]

[indent]The former supreme leader of the Hands of Science's South-West branch, Dr. Cross was one of the many Executives that went into hiding at the behest of the mysterious leaders of the Hands. She utterly disappeared from the grid, up until she appeared in Baybridge after the hysteria against the Hands of Science, working for some low-level science company. It's unknown what she's even doing showing herself, but she's working towards something. Even while hiding, she is still aloof, and mysterious, a person that doesn't show her human side that much. However, she is extremely intelligent, a tactician, and one hell of a leader if she lead the Hands of Science so effectively that they managed to outmaneuver NEST several times over.  Dr. Cross is a aged woman, that stands at average height, with neat-slicked back, black hair. Her eyes are brown, and it's believed that she has mixed ancestry in her genes. She usually wears a lab-coat with a stylish suit underneath it. Her most notable change is her new eyepatch in which she lost in a previous incident.[/indent]

[indent]Ignatius was the head of the REAPER organization, and a very terrifying figure for his carefree demeanor that had a hidden brutality behind it. He was the target of many members of NEST, as he was responsible for many, many, deaths. He takes no pleasure in his business, he just finds it necessary to further the goals of Dr. Cross (Whom he's intensely loyal to). Recently, he went off on a journey to see the world. He's a tall, wirey, man with a well built frame, and broad shoulders. He has a hair of black hair that is incredibly spiky. Ignatius, most notably, has scars around his neck that appear as if his head was lopped off. Ignatius omits the REAPER wears a long black, padded, overcoat, and any variety of outfit he can think of. His true power is unknown.[/indent]

[indent]Leader of Eco-Naturá. A survivor of the Verthaven Disaster. He started out as a business man that worked day and night in cubicles to support his family. They were ripped to shreds by monsters, and the whole ordeal broke Old Man Winter. With the advent of his superpowers rising, he came to the insane conclusion that nature was beautiful - but mad - and wishes to restore the world back to as it should be. Forming Eco-Naturá to accomplish that goal. Many people who have talked to Winter know that there is something fundamentally wrong with him, a mental issue of some sort. Despite this, he runs Eco-Naturá... to the best of his ability. Winter is a Caucasian male that seems like someone from the 1950's. Slicked back brown hair, a thin, straggly body with limited muscle tone, and somewhat tall, Winter is no super model.[/indent]

[indent]True to his name, Old Man Winter has advanced cyrokinetic abilities. Powerful cyrokinesis. He has the ability to create and manipulate large amounts of ice at once. Being capable of creating a ice-burg in mere moments, and throwing that at someone. While he seldom preforms such feats, he relies on his other abilities to get the job done. He can create ice golems of any size. These golems follow Winter's orders, and he can see the world through their eyes at will. He can produce as many golems as he desires - but the more golems he has active at a time, the more strain is put on his body. Old Man Winter can also turn intangible, and phase through objects - the only thing is that he freezes anything he touches while phasing. The last ability that Old Man Winter has delves into the Charger power class. He can gift his followers with weaker versions of his power (long as they aren't already a Metahuman) for a limited amount of time.[/indent]
