[@6slyboy6]This almost sounds like a troll because you're over thinking these abilities. It basically means do not manipulate time in an unnatural way and do not play with dimension powers/magic.
As for matter, it literally means "matter." I've seen people just write, manipulate matter as a power, which is very broad (and an excuse to manipulate everything apparently). So it is not allowed.

Earth magic if you're just manipulating rock is not on the banned list. So it is doable.

This game idea is also being revamped because a lot of the players when we first started ran into a wall on character introductions lol. I mean, you can still submit your idea to the thread, but it's about to become a more open-world game. It would have been eventually but I'm just going to jump straight to it.

I was already world-building last weekend, so I should have the revamped version of this game up today after I finish work. :)
