Believe it or not, Mitch kissed Milo on a dare, but the kiss lasted a little longer than it probably should have. Milo had never been kissed before, so he felt incredibly flustered. So Mitch apologized to him later on and surprisingly confessed that he liked him. But come to find out, Milo liked the kiss more than he realized after the initial shock and admitted it to him, which was very out of character for him. So they began hanging out and the rest is history I guess. Unfortunately, they have to keep their relationship a secret, something that presents its own challenges.
