[@rivaan] well, assuming by eccentric you also masterwork, the Hammer could be enchanted as well. All you'd need to do is find an enchanter, give him the money, and make Bianca at least a +1 magic weapon. Malkai may be willing to give you the Hammer and foot the enchantment costs.
