[@Eklispe] I specifically wrote out only how it [i]looks[/i] for an onlooker who doesn't know how that works. Takumi tends to guide people to believe he has some sort of teleportation or super-speed. His panoply is lacking in direct attack options, so he's compensating by being a walking mindfuck.

That is, it wasn't [i]intended[/i] to make sense (at least unless you devote yourself to learning about his powerset more, or do something else about it.)
