Ecto-hormones affect neurocircuits, including the nervous system with hormones, inflammatory signaling the brain. Her powers solely rely on how much pheromones she can produce, since it has everything to do with her scent - kinda like a drug. 

Added: She can't necessarily mind fuck people. She can however make them feel an urge to kiss someone or slap a bitch xD.
