On another note, um... Keep in mind that there's Ritual Technology Academies all over the world. Parents from different countries don't [i]have[/i] to send their children to Otsuki. It makes sense for the majority to be Japanese.

... I feel like people want to use their Japanese characters for my RPs that take place like anywhere else, and their others for my RPs where it makes sense to be primarily Japanese characters. ^^;
