[b]Bio:[/b] Joe was always a tough kid.  He had to be since he was also someone who stood out.  In his home town Japan,  anyone who was different was always picked on....kind of how it is in America accept they are honest about it.  

Anyway, he loved the samurai and lived to be a man of Bushido for the rest of his life.  So he made it a goal to always fight for the weak.  Doing so, made him into a hard boiled man of men who stood above all be user he was massive and a bit of a softie at the same time.  Still, Joe was a force in the street and evil respected him.

Later, he moved to America where he was doing his thing....helping old people and intimidating folk.  Then Block 66 saw him and instantly knew, we need him with us.  They extended him a place to be and he accepted since the people seemed nice.

[b]Personality:[/b] Joe is a Banchou.  This means he is a modern day samurai who adheres to the teachings of Bushido.  He has a chivalrous heart and has a code against hitting women and children.  He will put his coat down for a woman to walk over a puddle, help the elderly cross the street, help put on charity events, etc.  Though, those who deal in injustice will feel the wrath of his Kendo!!
