Ok. So, things I want to get an official answer on are: 1. How does one become a vampire? 2. How does a vampire make a minion? 3. How do you destroy a vampire or a minion? 4. Why are there different types of vampires or different powers? 5. Why do vampires drink blood? 6. Can a vampire make a living baby or a half-breed (please god no lol)?
Here are just the answers that correspond to my idea of vampirism. 1. You are birthed as one. If you get the traits of a vampire or not depends if the vampire trait within your gene is dominant or recessive. 2. Simple, all a vampire needs to do is kill a living being with a bite. And boom, you got a vampire minion. Or a Thrrrrrraaaaaallllll 3. Depends on how powerful they are. Attacks to the chest or heart deliver more of a punch. Decapitation is a 100% effective. Shock, trauma, stab wounds, etc. Sure vampires have a healing factor, but it won't last them forever. Sometimes making them go mad over bloodlust can kill them. 4. Basically to allow us and other players more freedom and space to tweak abilities or origins if they aren't happy with the standard power set, or story. 5. All blood is infused with magic. Many beings categorized as "undead" run on magic to remain alive. Stuff like zombies need to feed constantly to remain alive. Vampires, and other beings that are near death, require blood also to remain alive. But some vampires are psychopathic sadists who like killing also. 6. Yes, but a vampire with an active vampire trait will most likely not as they soon will have just lost interest in sex. But not all, some do keep their libido intact. And non-vampiric people can carry the gene for vamprisim, and yet not be affected by it, think of it like colour-blindness. You either are colour-blind/a vampire, or you're not. There is no inbetween. Hope this helped!
