[@FacePunch] I imagined it to be similar with a giant room for public training, an overhanging booth for teachers/staff to observe students, large doors that lead to an arena/gym of sort that is in a [color=f9ad81]unbreakable*[/color] glass box with benches outside the box for students and staff to observe (that's for tests and competitions)  and then private simulator rooms - which are locked and you can only get access to those room from Cecilia Lovelace (and the Headmaster/mistress) since those rooms would conjure up targets and scenarios for students to face. It's like a virtual reality (or holographic technology), precisely. Each simulator room is by level of difficulty going in the order of: green, yellow, orange, red, blue, purple. Everything after red is when shit gets really real. Red being more physically challenging. Blue being more emotionally/mentally challenging. And purple just being a fuck show. The public area will have dangerous contraptions but there is surveillance that will set an alarm off if someone were to get injured really badly. There are also AIs - like one makes sure fights don't escalate to the point of death sedating the students, another one provides rules, information, data (etc), and a lot of them are for fighting. 

ALSO: Arena is off-limits. 

The traning facility is constantly going through upgrades.
