Oh. Well, something relatively modest. I admit that it is easier to imagine something for males than females. A pair of shorts covers everything for the former in these situations. The reptilian females don't have anything on their chest to cover, at least. 

Perhaps they could have them covered in whatever their undergarments are, with towels covering anything that needs it too.
