Note on the layout of the coach house. The bottom floor is the small backroom that Aria would have come in through, a hallway with a couple of side rooms that leads to the main room where every one is and the main room where they're all supposed to be meeting. The door connecting the main room to the hall is open, so she'd be able to see the people in there the moment she came in the back door.
