An ageless, smooth face and long, thick dark blonde hair, and eyes that hold a depth of knowledge seemingly contrary to his features makes his age difficult to ascertain.  His eyes are deeply blue, and his face usually trimmed in jaw and about his mouth with perfectly groomed facial hair.  His appearance screams meticulousness, attention to detail, and a penchant to seriousness in all aspects of his life.  [/indent]

[indent]He is on the taller side of things, a strapping six foot three figure, with broad shoulders. It's common for him to be described as a mountain of a man, with a powerful jawline and a square frame that details the raw power he commands. [indent]Devin is control and authority made firmer with youthful impatience and a sense of immortality.  He is king of his world, without challenger, without concerns of losing  his perch on high.  The world very much is his jewel, sitting nicely in his pocket for him to take out and shine as he sees fit.  He can be controlling, domineering, possessive, vengeful, arrogant, and sometimes his biggest strength is his greatest weakness - his confidence.   He is forever plotting, scheming, striving to gain more influence, more authority, more power.  He is a keen manipulator, a master of both force and finesse.  [/indent]

[indent]He has a fondness for his sister, and understanding that she is to be his guiding star when needed.  It's believed that nothing can change his mind when he's made it up, but few know of his reclusive sister and her impact on him.  She is his dirty little secret, his Achilles heel.
