[@Mr Rage]I read Plastique and French and thought "Bomb Voyage?"  Maybe he was once his sidekick, or is his son.  Where one could manipulate certain explosives, he manipulates plastic.

You can write up a CS for him if you want to.  I doubt I'll allow a second character, but we can make him an NPC.
