How to put this lightly... No. The Fae Moot is meant [i]only[/i] for the Court Rulers, having an extra party there could destabilize the entire meeting, as in we could very well be at war by the end of the IC day unless you want to figure something else out.

I look to [@LadyRunic] or [@Zahrale] for this but I believe the consensus was that half fae inside of Faerie are Seasonborn and those in the mortal world have no powers. Plus Stone Henge is (correct me if I'm wrong) the Ruler's portal, the one that no other fae may use.

I was sort of under the impression that Laira was from some distant past time and came to Faerie looking for her name. If she is from modern day there are some things you should be aware of. First The UK doesn't have orphanages anymore. They were phased out in favor of direct support to vulnerable families and the development of foster care and adoption services. My knowledge of the UK is limited but I don't think there are settlements there anymore small enough to be called villages. Regardless of that though she'd either be adopted or become a foster child, given that you seemed to indicate the rest of the town was frightened and put off by her adoption wouldn't be likely so as a foster child she'd get bounced from home to home to home in various areas, where ever they had room for her.

It might just be easier to say that the stuff in the bio happened pre WWI and she's been in Faerie for a number of years searching for this Clyde. Certainly fae/human impregnation would have been more common in a time when the fae were believed in. One more thing judging from the fact that she is near Stone Henge does that make Laira English?
