Incorrect. Half Fae may have powers if they have been the Fae Realm to unlock their powers FIRST. Then when/if they return to the mortal realm they may still use their power. It seemed to me that [@Ojo chan 42] character's power was already unlocked.

Stone Henge is just one Portal and the chose place, other fae may use that portal. Though most will not when the RUlers are holding Moot.
