Yes but Laira turned into a Horse and ran to Stone Henge which is in the UK. As Kelpie I suppose she could run over water but since there was no mention of her running for days the closest place she could have come from would be one of the countries bordering the English channel and all of those have also had orphanages phased at for a good long time.

Okay that's my bad but if a halfling has to have been to Faerie to have there powers unlocked how could Laira have Kelpie powers as she'd never been to that land before?
