  As for Garret over here. Well, looking over his bio and everything, it's all under harsh harsh scrutiny. Thing is, I'll allow it, but the lines of his past have to remain blurred, incredibly vague, at most, he's known to be somewhat son of Steve, maybe even a student under his wing at bes, but in order not to alienate any new comers, and as much as I do love shipping, I will stretch so far as to allow it under the wraps, but to the surface of this rp, it's a hidden story, possibly never brought up or even something that doesn't exist. If you're okay with this, I'll accept him, though I think that maybe his firearm skills should be downplayed a little bit, I'll pass it on to my cogm for evaluation of the powers cause I feel it may be a little op.
