That fanfic "[insert ship name] if you squint" thing. That's perfectly acceptable and since you are, obviously, going to be concentrating on Garret and not all that, then, yeah, cool, man, cool.

As for the firearm abilities, since it seems that has been put in my hands (oh God, [i]the power[/i]), I, frankly, see nothing wrong with them. Because of what I know of Garret's past, and because he has trained under the likes of Natasha and [i]Clint[/i] (from what I understood from what I read, at least), I think they make sense. And, besides, some people are naturals at that type of stuff. If Tene agrees, then I'm not bothered by them and do not see them as too overly powerful.
