Issue is that Philly is also my native land and I already have something of an NS drawn up from a previous concept which includes it :lol

We could try talking it out though, how large is your thing going to be since referring to the original NS I mentioned above, I basically had PA and some of NJ/Del; be willing to change if depending on what you're also going after.
