The way you described it with Soli sounds much more befitting of wheel or thread (pulled from sources of nature) magic; innate is extremely rare even among casters and usually a trait of the 'squishy, extremely focused archmage'-type of caster. Note that Link in the games is generally a user of spindle magic, not innate. Even though he and most mages can utilize some of their own mana to power their spells, the actual magic (and most often the power to drive the magic as well) is from outside of themselves that they tap into, rather than they themselves being the source of the magic. For the particular effects that you listed on her sheet, her own magical reservoir is actually a rather poor selection of fuel source as magic used to affect outside subjects (such as plants and animals) is generally better powered by outside sources as well.
