I respectfully disagree with that view. With dexterity being the ability to hit 'fast and [i]precisely[/i]' wouldn't Bloodtinge be redundant? In my interpretation, Bloodtinge was the overall 'thickness' and 'quality' of your dude's blood, and with higher Bloodtinge your blood-bullets turn more 'weighty'. With how firearms are usually used (And, by extension, what bloodtinge is good for) in the game, using your gun to stop enemy attacks, a thicker, weightier bullet would be more important then hitting in the right place. Of course, I'm not the GM, I just wanted to get that out there. No offense intended, if I seemed bitchy.
