Depends. Right now a lot of us, as NMS mentioned, are sucked up into the Pax or Natural Sections Arc so you have two main options I see at least:

1. You can shout out in the OoC for players not engaged in either one and talk to them over meeting then createg a small story/event you can play out to pass time. This allows connections and interaction but also enables you to drop/wrap it up at a moment's notice when the new season starts. 

2. Contact either Ded or myself (in my case, the players in my arc also have a right too to voice their thoughts about adding another player) over getting involved with one of the arcs. This includes how, why, etc. so it makes insert, if that's possible, easier for all parties involved.
