What if for Eins instead of holding a single target, you create a sort of dome that encloses you and a target in a sort of time stasis. Everything inside would move in real time while to those outside it would seem to happen in an instant. 
Combine that with Vier and you've essentially trapped your opponent in a one on one with a super fast attacker.
