Nikki got up smiling and gave Grace back to Kat. She was still wiping baby slobber off as she spoke to him. [color=f49ac2]"Yeah, I'm guessing you have some metal and mechanical skills. It's almost a guarantee when you own a car like that one outside. Let me show you what needs fixing."[/color] She knelt down and showed him where the metal had been bent. [color=f49ac2]"So I figured this is in your realm of skills. Am I right?"[/color] She grinned at him. [color=f49ac2]"I know where there are more tools if I didn't get the ones you need."[/color]

Nikki picked up the walkie and asked Jenna if she had heard her correctly. [color=f49ac2]"I could swear you said you know how to cook." [/color]Jenna was heard chuckling and said [color=f7976a]"Vincent's sister is looking after his hand so I'll head to the cafeteria and see what I can come up with. Hey Nik? Have you seen Felix?"[/color] Matt jumped into the conversation. [color=00aeef]"Yay! Nikki is NOT cooking!" [/color]His laughter could be heard. [color=f49ac2]"You are so right. We would starve if it was left up to my cooking skills."[/color] [color=00aeef]"What skills?"[/color] Matt said laughing. Nikki teased her brother, [color=f49ac2]"Hey I make up for it in other ways!" [/color]Jenna laughed and said [color=f7976a]"Yes you do."[/color] [color=f49ac2]"No I' haven't seen him but I'll send him to you if I do."[/color]

She looked at James who had been listening with a grin on his face. [color=f49ac2]"Matt's right though, My cooking is aweful! However, dinner IS being started."[/color] she smiled and stayed with James while he worked on the door. She chained it so it couldn't be yanked open but gave him enough maneuverability to fix it. After he got through fixing the door and reinforcing it Nikki tightened the chains on it.
