There's a link to a map with numerous cities that were last decided. Though I will mention that Grant City is owned by Gowie, so you will have to pm or ask him if you can use the city. As well as check anything massive against him. Dedonus owns Pacific Point while NMS is adding another city near Lost Haven.

I was planning on taking the San Fran/Oakland area for my characters, so at least I wouldn't be that far from some other people if the need for crossovers 
arises.
