Consider me interested! I have an idea for a character, although I'm not too sure how overpowered it would be. A quick rundown:

He/she can split his mind into two separate "physical" forms, with both of them having a different power. One of them has the ability to copy others powers through touch (With the power lasting a set amount of time), and the other can disable someone's powers, but has to maintain constant physical contact. 

If that is too strong, then I was considering having one of the separated entities use the powers that the other copies. So, one of them could leech the powers of someone, while the other uses it.

And if that is still considered too strong, I'll just think of something else.
