Perhaps instead of knowing she notices how she was staring or perhaps disregards her completly as two lowly to be noticed?


Edit: 
If a character has thoughts shown such as something in italicized or the role players have spoken to each other then the character can know
If not then one should not take over thoughts 

Make sense everyone? 
Taking over thoughts is fine for random npcs (like a wendigo or a bus of humans) but not player controlled characters
