It's not too late! Some of the people who have voiced interests may drop (though I hope not), so it's okay to have more people until the RP officially starts. Worse comes to worse, I'll find an excuse to have a very large sector or split us into two sectors who have to work together for some reason. Either way, I'll figure it out.
