John grunts in pain as his hand slam against the floor, actually causing some the tiles he hit to split in two. After being knocked to the ground by Jack, John moves his head to the side, narrowly dodging the first punch. Before the second is thrown, John grabs Jack's hand and rolls to the side, first crushing Jack under 340 pounds of muscle, then bending Jack's arm painfully behind his back. He grabs Jack by the hair, lifts his head off the ground and asks, "Had enough?"
