The man takes the wine and examines the bottle with a slightly pleased smirk, he then pauses in thought, pondering on his reply before answering the lady.
"[i]Hmm, are you not the usual bartender? Tell me, what do you know of the owner of this fine establishment?[/i]" 

His gaze is sturdy and his eyes dig deep into hers, it's slightly intimidating yet entrancing as he stares expectantly at her.
"[i]It's ok, I'm not here to bother you.[/i]" 
He announces breaking eye contact to elegantly pour himself a splash of wine.
