It showed on Elann's face that "Pessimistic" took a second for her to search what it meant. She had heard the term before but was not so familiar with it. It was after all her second language still. "I know, well we kind of do that with our festivals anyways, so we don't really think to do it with a birthday." Elann shrugged, showing it wasn't largely on her mind. What was however, was her husband. She hadn't really even thought about his birthday until now, and it was revealed to her that he thought she would remember. She could feel the drudged up feelings of his past emotions on it and how he wished she had remembered. Was she really such a horrible wife and bondmate? It was only Noah comforting her that brought her any peace. He didn't say he forgave her, but his actions and words said he did. The small emotions of sorrow in their bond that came from her slowly began to fade in his comfort and where there once faded a smile, one now slowly returned. "Alright. I am not going to forget this one. And if I do...you can...throw me in the water." Which to her was the worst thing someone could do to her. She didn't know how to swim and being wet was not something she enjoyed entirely either; when forced at least. Though really she intended to have a birthday party for him when they got settled in a new place. He would have his birthday party, even if it was just the two of them, and it would be a surprise.
