	That is a very broad question, and that makes it quite easy for me to willingly answer. What you're signing up for is an opportunity. When it's all said and done you will look back and see it as an adventure. There are many, many things that need tending too and they will only be done by the select few that decide that they're done settling for the hand they've been dealt... I understand that this answer gives you very little and so, I'll tell you this.
